Joh 16:13 when He, the Spirit of Truth, has come, He will guide you into all Truth.
Until Holy Spirit was sent to this world, people could not prophecy because only one here or one there one in a generation could receive the gift of Prophecy. Holy Spirit was given after Jesus Christ was taken to heaven. Now every one is given the gift of prophecy. Guiding through all Truths belongs to the Holy Spirit. Unless and until He guides human beings lie in foolishness. They talk foolishly, think foolishly and act foolishly.
For He shall not speak of Himself, but whatever He hears, He shall speak. And He will announce to you things to come.
There is a great mystery hidden in this. Holy Spirit does not know anything on His own. Whatever he hears he will speak.
Where will he hear – In t he Courts of heaven
Who speaks there? – Jesus speaking and testifying about each one of us. While speaking, He will quote from the Books of heaven. What is written in the book for each one.
Since Jesus is our advocate, He will appear in the court many times for my sake.
Joh 16:14 He will glorify Me, for He will receive of Mine and will announce it to you.
Whenever He speaks it is not on His own but He quotes from the books of heaven. . Holy Spirit listens to it and carries the same message as prophecy to each one of us in prayer directly or through someone else who accepts you and prophecies over you.
Among these, there will be prophecies for future. Whatever is written about you in the books of heaven mainly about the things to come in your life. Whatever past is past. Prophecy may come about past also. You might be wondering why such incidents happened in your life. Holy Spirit will interpret incidents that already happened in your life.
Joh 16:15 All things that the Father has are Mine. Therefore I said that He will take of Mine and will announce it to you.
This is a mystery which was not revealed to me so far. Jesus Christ by His death and resurrection has received power to be present, move around, act in the Courts of Heaven which is situated in Zion.
All the books of heaven are open only to Jesus not to anybody else even not to the Holy Spirit. He has been given authority over all in heaven and earth and under the earth.
Mat 11:27 All things are delivered to Me by My Father. And no one knows the Son except the Father. Nor does anyone know the Father except the Son, and the one to whom the Son will reveal Him.
Hence Jesus said, “He will receive of Mine and will announce it to you”.
These books are one of the items kept in heaven.
Whenever Jesus Christ appears in the court for me to argue my case, He will quote from the Book written for me & kept for me in heaven. By doing so, He will save me, from eternal damnation, from the accusations of my enemies.

About the world, Governments, peoples, future of the world, future of Governments, about the Second Coming of Jesus Christ , etc.
all this belong to Jesus Christ.
Unless Jesus Christ reveals it, it will remain secret.
After Jesus Christ shares my testimony in heaven, it will be known to Holy Spirit. He will convey it to me directly or through someone else. We should be sensitive to listen to it.
