EMOTIONAL HEALING
In 1Peter5:7,God encourages us to cast our burdens upon the Lord and He will sustain us.
a)Ps 55:22″ Casting all your cares upon Him, for He cares for you.” It means the casting of every anxiety, worry, fear or negative attitude upon the Lord. But we first surrender our lives completely to the Lord. He will then maintain it in good health and strength.
WHY?
The word says in 2Tim-” God is able to keep that which is committed to Him.”
b)Meditate on God’s Word:-
King David describes it ln Ps 1: 3,this way “He shall be a tree planted by the rivers of water. He shall bring forth fruit in his season, his leaves shall not wither and whatsoever he does will prosper.”
c) Bring your thoughts into Captivity:-
By bringing your thoughts intoCaptivity:- ‘We can getrid of satanic strongholds in our minds. We have to take them with ‘Sword Of the Spirit’.(the Word of God).Meditate on the WORD, then God will make you victorious.
d) Fix your mind upon God :-
Psalm119:165 says, ” Great peace have those who love your Law,and nothing make them stumble.”The peace will heal you,if it comes from the constant Love of God. It is God’s will that His people should be completely free from every mental, emotional and physical problems, which are caused by wrong thoughts.
e)Releasing The Human Spirits. :-
lt is the Holy Spirit Himself who comes to dwell in us. He is the life of God that we receive. . . .1Cor 6:17 : ” Whoever is united with the Lord is one with him in Spirit.” As the mind is renewed by the Word of God ,this revelation sets the human spirit free to grow.
Ephe 4:24 :-Put on the new self, created to be like God in true the righteousness and holiness. 2Cor 3: 17 :- ‘Now the Lord is the Spirit and where the Spirit of the Lord is there is freedom.’ The primary objective in teaching the Word is, to strengthen the influence of God conscious, reborn, Spirit that develops the spiritual senses or sensitivity of His people.
Prayer :
Thank you Lord for giving us the desire and hunger to read and know the WORD of God which is able to set the human spirit free to grow and be grateful to you for what you have accomplished for us on the cross. Amen .
