God comforts us in all our tribulations, that we may be able to comfort…. those in any trouble. 2 Cor. 1:4

God has brought comfort to many suffering souls through the Holy Bible.One day while walking along the seashore, wondering if God had forgotten to be gracious we noticed a leaflet lying at our feet.We eagerly picked it up and found a poem, ‘God smiles on His child in the eye of a Strom.’We were held in His strong, loving arms through all those times of suffering, troubles and trials till we learnt to accept and put our trust in the Lord Almighty because of His wonderful presence with us.

^{For Christians no suffering is with out purpose . Sometimes God let’s us experience suffering so that we may learn to share with others .We should keep reading the Bible where we can find His Promises , His words of strength that encourages us to keep moving on no what … believing in the Power His words have given us, He never fails my brothers and sisters never be discouraged or give up put your trust in Him never let your suffering wear you down the Lord has wonderful plans for you keep moving on in a positive attitude. Pray with faith that never shakes. Evening and morning and at noon I will Pray (Psalm 55:17)and my God will hear me.}

One reason for our suffering is to make us stronger children of God to face the challenges.
May the Almighty God be with you at all times.

Who among you fears the Lord? Who obeys the voice of His Servant? Who walks in darkness And has no light? Let him trust in the name of the Lord And rely upon his God.

Look, all you who kindle a fire, Who encircle yourselves with sparks: Walk in the light of your fire and in the sparks you have kindled—This you shall have from My hand: You shall lie down in torment.
-Isaiah 50 : 11

To summarise- Who readily takes their calling exactly the manner Jesus approached ? This is the question put forth to us!

Before meditating on this verse, let’s understand what’s happening in the spiritual realm. Any role we get to play in this world is not from men or through any man but through Christ and God Himself.

Galatians 1 : 1
Paul, an apostle (not from men nor through man, but through Jesus Christ and God the Father who raised Him from the dead),

We really need to understand that we are God’s children and that we have inheritance from God Himself. We also need to simultaneously understand that we are always accused by our adversary that we should be denied of both.

His accusations are against 2 things

• our eligibility as children of God
• our eligibility to gain inheritance

We are well aware of his accusations against our sins. We now and then confess and reconcile with Father God. We are justified with blood of Christ. But the accusations are not still over !

Are we aware of his one more accusation against us ? The adversary is very particular that we don’t acquire inheritance from God. The following verses speak of what the accusation is about and how Jesus is justified of it !

Isaiah 50 : 5-8
The Lord God has opened My ear; And I was not rebellious, Nor did I turn away.
I gave My back to those who struck Me, And My cheeks to those who plucked out the beard; I did not hide My face from shame and spitting.
“For the Lord God will help Me;Therefore I will not be disgraced; Therefore I have set My face like a flint, And I know that I will not be ashamed.
He is near who justifies Me; Who will contend with Me? Let us stand together. Who is My adversary? Let him come near Me.

The Adversary raises a suspicion on the character of God’s children of their rebellion and turning away nature and that they shouldn’t get any inheritance from God. For this reason one need to be tested and declared of their innocence in God’s court of justice. They are to be proved of their fear of God, obedience, sole dependence on God – a state of a servant. A servant is one who fears his master, has no choice of his own but obey completely, walk blindly solely depending on master’s commands (words).

For God to justify and for the adversary to be cleared of his suspicion, every chosen is commissioned an assignment – torment to prove their state of obedience and not turning away. Jesus out of faith on God set His face like a flint, relied on God for help and justification. He didn’t turn a rebellion or turn away in suffering. He kept His fire kindled, liting people around Him. God gave Him rewards – restoration of Zion, salvation to the world, eternal vindication to receive greater inheritance. Every chosen too pass through the torment same way Jesus passed through by faith and total reliance on God. It’s then they are declared innocent , proving fear of God, obedience, sole dependence on God.

Isaiah 50 : 10,11
Who among you fears the Lord? Who obeys the voice of His Servant? Who walks in darkness And has no light (state of sole dependency on the Lord) ? Let him trust in the name of the Lord And rely upon his God.
Look, all you who kindle a fire, Who encircle yourselves with sparks: Walk in the light of your fire and in the sparks you have kindled—This you shall have from My hand: You shall lie down in torment.

^{God calls His chosen as “fire kindlers and who encircles themselves with sparks of liting others”. The chosen to travel the path the Lord has kept. The path becomes evident as they keep their fire burning and also simultaneously liting others around them. Failing either, they loose the path. Even if one have their own fire kindled but not have lit others, they have a narrow vision to loose the path. But all those who kindle their fire and encircle themselves with sparks of liting others, they march forward to receive inheritance without fear of falling.}

We have been working in the army / in our own calling. Let’s ponder over the experience of working. Some would have denied their responsibility, some would have taken their own path not lifting up others, some would have raised as rebellion and fallen but some would have shown constant progress.

This is what the Lord is encouraging us on !

You will walk in the path the Lord has kept for you only when you keep your fire kindled and your sparks encircle yourself by lighting the team/ people around you !You will gain inheritance from God only when you partake in the vessel God gives. (Vessel - might not be easy to hold, might be unbearable, might be of unjust nature and might have to carry the cross and so on).

Prosperity Gospel

Galatians 1-6,7

 I am astonished that you are so quickly deserting the one who called you to live in the grace of Christ and are turning to a different gospel— which is really no gospel at all.

Here apostle Paul uses the word another gospel . During that time there was a false teaching that to be saved you have to do some parts of the law again and Paul stands against it and says it is another gospel and not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.

In the same way in the modern day there is another gospel emerging out in the name of prosperity gospel. It is similar to the actual gospel of Christ but only tells half the truth of the actual gospel. Satan uses this gospel especially on born again Christians to divert them from Christians becoming a disciple of our Lord Jesus Christ. Let us see the things this Gospel hides.

1. To partake in sufferings

But rejoice in as much as you participate in the sufferings of Christ, so that you may be overjoyed when his glory is revealed 1 Peter 4-13

 I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us. Romans 8-18

God has called us to partake in the sufferings we have in the world and it is by this sufferings we come closer to God. If we dont have the sufferings we drift away from The Lord like what we hear in the prosperity gospel which only preach blessings and not sufferings. Peter says it is not new and we should rejoice in it cause all the things work for good for those who love Jesus. If you have a sickness it will make you humble and make you more reliant on God. If you are waiting for a prayer to be answered it will make you more reliant on God. If you are persecuted you will come even more closer to God. The sufferings will make us holy and makes us come closer to God.

2. All the things I need and not all I want

And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4-19

My God will meet all your needs and not all you want. This verse is often misquoted as God will give all you desire. No God will give you all you need because He knows better than us and if you dont get what you ask for, believe God that you dont need it or you dont need it now. When satan came to Eve he told the biggest lie which till now all believers fall for it. He said did God give all the fruits in the garden to eat. When Eve said no, he lied if God loved you He would have given that fruit because when you eat it you will become like God Himself. But we need to have faith that nothing separates me from the love of God and if God dosent give what I ask for i dont need it actually or i dont need it now currently and He will give me at the right time when i want it.

3. Set your mind on things above.

Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things. Colossians 3-2

The other thing this gospel teaches us is only earthly and makes us earthly minded not concentrating on things God wants us to have. All the teaching today are about earthly blessings. All the conferences happening today, new churches built, funds collected is it happening on the vision God gave to today’s church leaders or pastors or is it their own wish. They preach to material blessings and earthly wealth and make us forget the eternal blessings and spiritual blessings our Lord gave us through His death on The Cross and to live according us to His will. Let us think and turn to the real Gospel of Christ.Amen.

Today the lord spoke through Daniel chapter 1

“Then the king ordered Ashpenaz, chief of his court officials, to bring into the king’s service some of the Israelites from the royal family and the nobility—”Daniel‬ ‭1‬:‭3‬

Today we are under a world government which is suppressing the minorities.
They want the minorities to learn their ways and to serve their kings .
…….He was to teach them the language and literature of the Babylonians.”

“Now God had caused the official to show favor and compassion to Daniel,”

Here Daniel is the troopers who are finding favour from the government officials. You may apply for any govt jobs , you are highly favoured.
Remember God wants you to be in those positions to do God’s work among the corrupt/ defiled/ adulterated/ love for money filled dept. keep yourself holy as Daniel wanted to be….
“But Daniel resolved not to defile himself with the royal food and wine, and he asked the chief official for permission not to defile himself this way.”

With Jesus as your strength and knowledge and wisdom. You will outcast your peer group in giving results / counselling to govt/ productivity as the lord has activated all spiritual gifts in troops and gift schools.
“To these four young men God gave knowledge and understanding of all kinds of literature and learning. And Daniel could understand visions and dreams of all kinds.”

“In every matter of wisdom and understanding about which the king questioned them, he found them ten times better than all the magicians and enchanters in his whole kingdom.”

This is the place where God wants you my young troopers. May your boss/ govt officials / collectors/ IAS officers/ army generals/ ministers / CM/ PM/ President come to you for expert opinion and counselling

Isaiah 60:3
3 And the Gentiles shall come to thy light, and kings to the brightness of thy rising.
May this blessing be released on all our valiant soldiers in Jesus name. You troopers are a blessing to the nation amen.

GUARDING MIND !

“And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:7).

There is divine peace in the presence of God.  Whenever we feel the presence of God, the divine peace flows like a river from God of heaven, and fills our heart; and brings delight in our life.  It is such a wonderful experience.

In a drawing competitions there were hundreds of participants to paint a picture on ‘peace’.  In one of the paintings, the artist had depicted a sparrow sitting peacefully with its little ones, in the gap of a rock which was by the side of a roaring water-falls.  There was peace in the face of the sparrow and its little ones.  They were completely unconcerned about the roaring water-falls, or their circumstances, but were absolutely peaceful.  And this picture won the award for best painting. 

Early in the morning, as you feel the presence of God, the peace of God which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.  It will also remove all your fears and anxieties.  Therefore, you need not fear or be anxious about what will happen to you. 

The Scripture says, “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind” (2 Timothy 1:7). 

That is why we are able to live in peace.  If your heart is filled with the presence of God, divine peace will reign in your heart.  Apostle Paul writes, “And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful” (Colossians 3:15).

Always be firmly guarded in divine peace.  Root out all bitterness, anger and wrath that ruin peace.  Do not indulge in matters beyond you; do not act as a guarantor for others; but only lift up the name of The Lord, and act as per His will.  And you will never lose your direction. 

If the peace should guard your heart, you should believe that all things are working together for good in your life.  “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God” (Philippians 4:6).  Children of God, when you let your requests made known to God, the peace of God will completely reign in your heart.

“Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid” (John 14:27).

PROTECT THIS WITH YOUR LIFE

Guard your heart above all else, for it determines the course of your life.

Proverbs 4:23 (NLT)

I’ve noticed two things that reveal a lot about someone: success and failure. Succeed, and I’ll know who you are by watching how you handle your triumph. Fail, and I’ll see who you are by how you manage the rejection, pain or embarrassment. Either way, I’ll know who you’re becoming by how you deal with the outcome.

We often think life is about a position, title or specific income level, and there is nothing wrong with having those things. But the truth is, life is about who you are becoming along the way.

If you start lowering your standards or letting your honesty slowly slide, you are moving away from your destiny. If you maintain your honour and integrity with God even when nothing is going right and people are coming against you, you are becoming who He wants.

Of course, our lives are also impacted by those around us. And we are either bringing them in our direction or going with them in theirs. For example, maybe your unsaved family member makes a decision to follow Christ because of your example. Or perhaps you’re picked on at school because of your faith, so you start speaking and behaving more like the cool crowd and less like a believer.

So, here’s an important life principle:

^{guarding your heart will protect your life’s direction and who you become over time. Guarding your heart means not allowing someone else’s lousy attitude to slide in and become yours. It means refusing to compromise on your boundaries or integrity. Protect your heart with diligence. Who you become over time depends on it!}

Thank you Lord for teaching us life's valuable lessons. I am in such a situation that I am straight forward, honest but why without reason I'm getting scolded, people betray me, why does people don't just accept the truth and the fact.. whatever may happen around me, I am gonna be seriously and dedicatedly follow your scriptures and standards.. help us all ..in Jesus name Amen..

2 Samuel 7:18 Then King David went in and sat before the Lord; and he said: “Who am I, O Lord God? And what is my house, that You have brought me this far?

This was King David’s response to the promises made to him through Prophet Nathan of a dynasty. He offered this prayer of thanksgiving in the tent shrine he had erected. He was grateful for God’s grace at the moment, he praised God for his past victories in life and made a prayer requesting for the fulfilment of God’s promises in the future. (v12-16).

 He wished to build a temple for God but in response God gave him a promise that David’s son would build it. He asks with immense humility as to who is he and his house that God would have brought him from tending the sheep to be the King of Israel and give a guarantee about his future generation. He didn’t boast about how great he is instead his God got to be even bigger in his eyes. David used to tend the sheep in the wilderness, he wasn’t of royalty, and God put him on the throne of Israel. 

Psalm 8:4 What is man that You are mindful of him, And the son of man that You visit  him?

Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin the astronauts of Apollo 11 went to the moon with a “Good will disc” that had peace messages from 73 countries. A thin silicon disc in a simple cloth, in an aluminium case, the size of a 50 cent piece was left on the Moon’s, Sea of Tranquillity on July 1969. At the top were messages and the rim had written, “From Planet Earth-1969”. The Vatican submitted something that was noteworthy, Psalm 8!!

Yahweh who created heaven and earth, the stars and the moon, the 100 million galaxies, He could care to think of insignificant me? And have His “mind full” of me? How humbled I am and what can I say except a million thanks from the depth of my heart!!!!

When I think of the fact that He redeemed me, made me His child (John 1:12), that I am a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for His own possession, that I may proclaim His excellency, He called me out of darkness into His marvellous light. (1 Peter 2:9), I say, “Who am I?” I belong to God, I have been established, anointed and sealed by God (2 Cor 1:21-22), I am citizen of heaven (Phil 3:20), forgiven,(Eph1:8) I am blessed in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing (Eph 1:3). I am chosen before the creation of the world (Eph 1:4, 11). I am holy and blameless (Eph 1:4). I am adopted as his child (Eph 1:5). I am given God’s glorious grace lavishly and without restriction (Eph1:5, 8). I am qualified to share in His inheritance (Col 1:12). I have peace, “Who am I and my house that You, Oh Lord, cared to call me out, from darkness to light, from eternal perdition to eternal life”? 

Do you say the same? Go ahead and give the Lord the best prayer of thanksgiving!!

HEART OF WISDOM

“Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom” (Psalm 90:12).

Moses took up this wonderful prayer with a longing in his heart to make best use of his time.  Moses had a total life span of one hundred and twenty years; and we can divide it into three parts.

In the first forty years, he was raised in the palace of Egypt, as the son of Pharaoh’s daughter; and received the best of education.  In the next forty years, he spent in the land of Midian; married a woman named Zipporah; and was shepherding the herd of Jethro, his father-in-law.  And he spent the last forty years of his life, to liberate the Israelites from the bondage of Egypt and to lead them toward the Promised Land – the land of milk and honey.

The last forty years of his life, were too wonderful and most impactful.  Those forty years were unforgettable in the history of Israel.  Yes, Moses made best use of the time.  That is why when God gave a testimony about Moses and said: “My servant Moses; He is faithful in all My house.  I speak with him face to face, even plainly, and not in dark sayings; and he sees the form of the Lord” (Numbers 12:7-8).

Moses who received such a great testimony from God Himself, prayed: “Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom”.  Today man has excelled in his knowledge that he is able to land even on the moon.  He has done great things and achieved rare feats with the help of computers.  He is able to board aero planes and go around the world, get into space ships and rockets to go around the planets.  He is so developed in science, chemistry and medicine.  But one wisdom that he does not possess, is the wisdom to number his days.

Once a prisoner, who was waiting for the day of his death penalty, said: “Sir, those who are in the world do not have the wisdom to number their days.  But as I know the exact date and time of my death penalty, I am counting my days in sorrow”.

There are two things that always stand before us.  One is our death; and the other is the Day of Lord’s Coming.  And we will never know which of this will happen first.

May be for those who have still not known and accepted Christ Jesus as their Master and Saviour, the wisdom of counting their days will instill fear in them.  But we who belong to the Lord, will not have any fear, as the Lord has given us a heart of wisdom.  Children of God, we shall live in this world, just once.  Will you commit to live that one life, in full submission to the will of God?

^{“Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.  Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord is” (Ephesians 5:16-17).}

Prayer:

Thank You lord for giving us Your wisdom to make the best use of our time so that we may stand without any guilt in front of Your throne of grace. Amen

With the mouth, with the lips

Isaiah 29:13. This people draw near me with their mouths, and honor me with their lips. But their heart is far from me. The fear that they fear me is a commandment taught by men.

The Lord said to the people that dwell in Jerusalem, that they come to Me with their mouths. They honour Me with their tongues. But their heart is far away. That means, they have one thing in their mouth and another in their heart. This is the deceitful heart Many people when they look at us, they smile and talk to us very nicely. But they have jealously and hatred in their heart against us.

Like these israelites, we sing praises to the Lord with our mouths and praise him with our lips. But our heart is far from the Lord, from His words, and from His commandments. How sad and painful it will be for the heart of God, who loved us so much and sacrificed His own only Son for us!

Our God has searched and known our heart, that means He knows how far our heart is from the Lord.Today, like David, let us pray, O God, create in me a clean heart. Moreover, the Lord expresses his anguish that they fear the Lord according to the commandments taught by men.

Yes, today we too follow the teachings and advises of men, false preachers, and churches. These are the last days where false teachings are prevalent among many churches. Therefore we must read, study and meditate the word of God and fear the Lord just as the Holy Spirit teaches us.

Moreover, the Lord expresses his anguish that they fear the Lord according to the commandments taught by men. Yes, today we too follow the teachings and advises of men, false preachers, and churches. These are the last days where false teachings are prevalent among many churches. Therefore we must read, study and meditate the word of God and fear The Lord just as the Holy Spirit teaches us.

Not only that, Job said, My tongue does not speak deceit. Job 27:3.

Blessed is he whose spirit there is no guile. Psalm 32:2.

He who works with deceit will not be in my house., Psalm 101:7. We must put an end to all deceit and grow in the word of God 1 Peter 2:2,3

Do we have this guile or deceit in our lives? If so, let us repent.

Yes, may the Lord Himself help us to have a pure heart, an innocent heart, with out guile and live in holiness. Amen. Hallelujah.

GOD APPROVES YOU

Jeremiah 1:5

Nobody knows about us as well as God does.Yet even though he knows everything about us, including all of our faults,he still approved all of us and accept us.
God sees our heart,not just the exterior or shell that seems to get us into so much trouble.He doesn’t approve of our wrong behaviour,but he is committed to us as an individual. God can hate what we do and yet love us.He has no trouble keeping the two seperated.

God never intended for us to feel bad about ourselves.He wants us to about ourself well and yet accept us,We must be able to say,”We can love God what God love,we don’t love everything we do but we have accepted ourself because God has accepted us.”
God is changing us daily.We just have to ask him for his help to accept and love ourself in spite of our imperfections.

BE A BELIEVER ,NOT AN ACHIEVER

GALATIANS 3:3

Trying to make things happen on our own without God’s help is foolish and often causes feeling of frustration and condemnation.It makes no sense forces to try to do what only God can do.
God wants us to realise

It is impossible for us to change ourself Only He can do through His marvelous,wonder of his grace , which is a free gift to everyone who will receive it .

If we have been struggling to achieve good results.God wants on our own its time to make a change .God wants us to struggle less and believe more . Because he has approved us before coming into this world.Accept the free gift of God’s grace and allow him to change our life into peacefull, abundant that he has planned for us to become.

REFUSED TO BE CONFUSED

1cor14:33

Many people do not enjoy peace because they are out of the will of God.They follow their own will rather than God’s will.They do what they like or what they think it is right rather than following God’s word and being led by peace.Today they suffer tremendously with confusion,but that was never God’s plan.He doesn’t wants us to confuse.He wants to stop it.He doesn’t wants us to try to figure out everything that happens in our life. He knows what is going on and why,and he is in control.

That means we don’t have to live in confusion.It almost sounds too easy, but we can have total freedom from the tornament of confusion just by refusing the temptations to figure things out.So trust God to take care of everything that concerns us and enjoy a peaceful , happy life .

Let us pray,


Father you love your children , your grace always shows us your love never reduce for us does not matter how much we hurt you with our actions. Your love is amazing amen
