The greatest price ever paid was on the cross.
God owns us. He paid a huge price for each one of us. Jesus was thinking of us when He was carrying the cross. He willingly paid the price to redeem us.
1 Peter 2:9 says” but you are a chosen people, a royal preisthood , a holy nation, God’s special possession that you may declare the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His wonderful light”.
He created you and me to be a unique personality . He came to you when sin separated you from Him. He loves you unconditionally .He is never ashamed to own you.
What a privilege that you are His special possession. Don’t worry when people disown you. Your God is still there for you.
But what did you do for Him. Being with Jesus changes every aspect of our life. Spend more and more time with God and you will never be the same again.
Boldness never comes from what you have. Boldness never comes from what you know .Boldness never comes from your talents and gifts. Boldness never comes from knowing your enemies’ weakness. Boldness comes when you spend time with Him. Talk to Him first when you go out. Your enemies will be baffled. People around you will be astonished. People would know that you had been with Him.
Acts 4:13 -“Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were uneducated, common men, they were astonished. And they recognized that they had been with Jesus. “
Prayer
Father, we thank You for coming down and redeeming us from all our sins and taking the cross for the entire mankind. Give us the boldness that comes by staying in Your presence in Jesus name we ask. Amen.
