I AM THE DOOR

If anyone enters by Me,he will be saved,and will go in and out and find pasture”.

John 10:9

This is the declaration of our Lord,Jesus. The power of declaration or decree is the power of kings.It is spoken with confidence and authority such that everyone who hears it are forced to execute it. In the Old Testament Jehovah declared to Moses His identity “I AM WHO I AM”(Exodus3:14).

• “I am the true vine”.John15:1
• “I am the bread of life”. John 6:35
• “I am the Truth,the Way and the Life”. John 14:6
• “I am the Good Shepherd “.John10:11
• “I am the door of the sheep “. John10:9, 1Corinthians16:9
• I am the resurrection and life”.John 11:25
• “I am the light of the world”.John 8:12

When we declare the above declarations of Jesus,we are releasing His kingdom power, in this world and in our lives.We can declare it to ourselves and on to others.

When I was young and didn’t know about biblical declarations,I used to say in the face of affliction that “the Lord is my Shepherd “.( psalms23:1).He guided,lead,protected and saved. me as a shepherd protects the sheep from all dangers. I believed that due to that God stretches forth His right hand and saved me .( psalms138:7). Through AOJ classes I came to study all those things. Thank you Jesus.

John 10:9 Speaks about “Jesus as the door of opportunity and He will open the right door for us”.Jesus is the fate altering miraculous door.He is the shepherd’s door

through which we have entrance to the sheepfold. He is the door to gain access to good pastures.The promises of God are the high Pastures.

The Good Shepherd assures the safety of the sheep.Jesus is our good shepherd.

 When we ask,we will receive, when we seek we will find and when we knock at the door, the door will be opened.

OUR PRAYER

Is The Knocking On The Door Of Jesus..

If we trust in Jesus, His words,

He will give protection,salvation,solutions to life,s great problems, eternal blessings, peace and joy, abundant life and wisdom. The door is open to anyone who trust or believe in the name of Jesus. Jesus came to earth at God’s appointed time to protect His sheep and to expose the false shepherds. He gave His life for the sheep.

Heavenly Father I thank you for sending Jesus as our Shepherd. Thank you for giving us an opportunity to enter the kingdom of God,through Jesus,the door..

If You Abide In Me And My Words Abide In You Ask Whatever You Wish And It Will Be Done For You.

John 15:7

To understand this verse given above we will see a verse of 2 kings 5:14.In this we read about a person called Naman. Naman was a very famous person and a commander of his country but he was having a chronic infectious disease- leprosy. Once this commander attacked Israel and captured many israelites as bonded labours. Among them there was a small girl and Naman brought this girl to his home to serve his wife. That girl one day narrated to her mistress about the God of Israel. She also said that it would be really nice if her master could go to Israel and meet a prophet there because this prophet would have cured him completely of this leprosy. After listening to this girl's advice her mistress told the good news to her husband who agreed to do what was told by the little girl. He took many gift items and money and reached Israel.
Naman reached at the door of Prophet Elisha along with all his horses and chariots. Knowing that Naman had come at his door Elisha sent one of his messenger saying ,"go and wash in the Jordan seven times and your flesh shall be restored and you shall be clean".

When we read the story further we come to know that Naman gets annoyed after listening all this and completely refuses to listen to what the servant of God had asked him to do but wanted his plans and ways to be followed to get cured of his leprosy by the servant of God. And says,” behold I thought that he would surely come out to me and stand and Call upon the name of the LORD his God and wave his hand over the place and cure the leper. Are not Abana and Pharpar the rivers of Damascus better than all the waters of Israel? Could I not wash in them and be clean? “So he turned and went away in a rage .

Word of God says in proverb 3:5-" Trust in the lord with all your heart and do not lean on your own understanding".

Even Mathew 4:4-"Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God ".

Here we see that Naman did not do according to the word of God told to him by the prophet but he desired things according to his ways. But when his servants came to him and pleaded him to obey the word of God he agreed. After listening to his servant, Naman went down and dipped himself seven times in the Jordan according to the word of the man of God ,and his flesh was restored like the flesh of a little child, and he was clean.

For this big miracle we thank our God the Father in Heaven who respects the person who obeys the word of God more than His name. 

As the words in Revelation 22 :19 says,” and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy God will take away his share in the tree of life and in the holy city which are described in this book.”

If we obey the word of God then as the verse John 14:23 says,

” if anyone loves Me he will keep My word

and My Father will love him and We will come to Him and make our home with him.” Amen.

Thank you Lord for your beautiful words. We plead that all of us should be able to read and obey your words and our name should be found in the book of life .In Jesus name we ask .Amen
