Psalm 50:15

“Call upon me in times of danger; I will release you and you will glorify me”

A time of peril is not a time of distress. It is said that danger is the time when man is unable to solve his problem, pain, life event or difficulty on his own. .God tells us the same thing. He gives all the necessary physical strength, mental strength, wisdom and intelligence to man and makes his desire known to him as in 3 John 1:2”I pray that you may live in all things as your soul lives”. Therefore, If we live in this world without any danger to our soul and body, we will be safe. That is what our Creator, the Almighty, wants.

So the things people of this world say it is impossible and cant do it, when we cry to The Lord he will deliver us. Because nothing is impossible with God . When they call out to God from the  depths of their hearts, He doesn’t leave his children helpless. Psalm 121:4 says indeed, he who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.; In many places  in the scriptures, God’s children cry unto the Lord in times of danger ,and are freed and they have glorified God. The walls of Jericho falling, Giving water and food to the people of Israel in the desert , helping Gideon, Deborah ,Esther and more can be said from The Bible. So if you cry out to God with all your heart and faith, He is mighty enough to deliver you.

So What should we do after that?

He himself says that too. ”You will glorify me (Psalm 50:15)” . It is our duty to praise and glorify God for every blessing we have received. The scriptures explains to us that the Lord alone is worthy of praise and glory. I am sharing with you the miracle that my God performed for me at such a time of danger, so that your faith may be strengthened.

Testimony

My name is Stella Mary. A few years ago I had a pain in my right ear. We live in Town-area and I have consulted all the ENT doctors there for treatment. No doctor was able to completely cure and also cannot determine what is the cause. Some doctors said it was due to full of dirt ,some doctors said it was due to full of wax and everyone’s  treatment  lasted for 2 to 3 months but it gave no result. Finally I went to a reputed ENT hospital in Madurai-with excruciating pain and ear discharge. A very old and experienced doctor there tested my ear and said daughter, there is a hole in the ear drum. It is larger and it cannot be treated with medication and can only treated with surgery. Next month come with proper arrangement and after the surgery you should stay in the hospital for a week and we will send you home after the tests he said. He said I will give you medicine for soreness and pain for a month now before that. After returning home, I started praying to God from that day on. During that time God gave me this verse Psalm 50:15. Yes, I cried unto God in the time of trouble . ”Father I am your child ,you are in me .The pain is not mine but yours. The next time when I  see the doctor , I don’t want the hole in my ear. I prayed “Jesus fix me without surgery”. My god is powerful and good. He was with me and consoled me . The next time, I went to see the doctor , I told the doctor ,”I think I wont be needing a surgery. While listening , he said the hole in your ear is big and because of that you will hear continuous buzzing in your ear. Because of that it even your mental state can also be affected. I said check my ears now and tell me. He fixed the instruments in my ear and was surprised ,”Daughter the hole in your ear is not visible”. How is this? Have you seen any other doctor? He asked. I said ,Yes doctor .The doctor above all doctors  my God Jesus Christ. I prayed to Him and got healed and His name be glorified i said. He said,” The power of your God is great “ and it has been almost 28 years since then. I don’t have any ear problems or pain. All glory be to my God

Prayer

Our Loving Father who helps for those who call upon you in the days of danger ,I thank you Lord and I pray through Jesus that you bless me and all who reads this testimony. Amen

In everything I did, I showed you that by this kind of hard work we must help the weak, remembering the words the Lord Jesus himself said: ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive. ‘”

Today I want to share a mystery with you. Objects appear to be of different colours because they absorb some colours and reflect or transmit other colours. The colours we see are the wavelengths that are reflected or transmitted or simply said given out. In simple words, the colour they reflect or give are the colour they are. Eg take the case of a leaf. Why is it green? It is because it absorbs all colors and reflects or ‘gives out’ the green color.

The same applies to us. What we give is what we are.eg, if you give love you are lovable; if you give material belongings you are generous; if you are a comforter to others, you will be described as compassionate..

Matthew 10:8

Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out demons. Freely you have received, freely give.

From my personal experience, I will tell you when we share the burdens of others, pray for them, help them in whatever capacity we can, do you know whom do we help?

It is we who stand to gain by helping others.it gives us peace and earns for us riches in heaven.

Proverbs 11:24-25   

One gives freely, yet grows all the richer; another withholds what he should give, and only suffers want. Whoever brings blessing will be enriched, and one who waters will himself be watered.

That is why white is so much significant in the Bible. Since Lord Jesus gave his all for us, do you know that Jesus himself is light!

John 1:7

“The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe.”

The true light has all colours.

Store up for yourself riches in heaven…….

How do we do that….again by giving….love, a caring heart, concern….

And to see some of the most vibrant colours of life we can again reflect on the fruits of the spirit given in Galatians 5:22-23

“For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind”.

1Timothy1:7

Paul exhorts Timothy ,his spiritual son ,saying” share in suffering for the gospel by the power of God”. (1Timothy 1:8).

We need power that comes from God. So we have to “ fan into flame the gift of God”(1Timothy 1:6).We have to kindle the divine gift by constant prayer and persistent communion with the God. 1Timothy 1:7 explains why we must kindle and not neglect this gifts.

             Here we can see four qualities of the fruit of the Spirit works in our  lives :  fearlessness,power,love and self control.  Power flows to us from the Father God, Love  flows to us from Jesus and  self control from Holy Spirit.

 These qualities of the triune God gives us  internal, external  and eternal victory.

                 When Adam and Eve sinned and fell short of the glory or greatness of God in  which they were created the spirit of fear entered in them and they hid from the sight of God. It is this spirit of fear haunts man through the generations— manifesting as fear of success, failure, death , rejection,dangers, enemies, Ill health and afflictions, scarcity, curses etc. The spirit of fear is a bondage. We have to cast it out.

Fear must be replaced by Faith. Faith gives us access to the power of God.  We get the power to cast out evil spirits and can command healing and deliverance. We will get the Resurrection power of Jesus 1Corinthians 15:21 says that, “For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead”. So we can now revive the dead areas of our lives. Faith enhances the capacity to forgive, teach us not to contend with others  and to live in peace with all. It teaches us to be humble .Fear holds us back from sharing the love of God with others. We have to be perfected our love for the Lord— the perfect love cast out all fear” (1 John4:18)

          Jesus regained acceptance by God for us by His death on the cross. And we are set free from fear to Love (Jesus).When  Jesus comes inside of us,we have the ability to make right choices.We have no need to fear anything or anyone.

        Faith fills us with power of Jesus as we are now the children of God. We have the power to tread upon the power  of the  enemies.(Psalms44:5) and have the power to command the darkness to depart.

             We  also receive the power of self control in order to grow the fruit of the spirit of  love,Joy,peace,patience,faithfulness, kindness, goodness, gentleness and humility to overcome the seeds sown in the flesh ,for example, pride, lust,anger,anxiety, hatred etc. We need to discipline ourselves our appetites,attitudes and habits. Lord will give us the grace to do so.

        The spirit of Love, power, and self control equip us to face and handle all situations. This should operate in our lives always as we are found by Lord to be effective, fruitful, and faithful servants.

Prayer

              Father God, give us the grace to operate love, power and self  control in our lives always. Help us to have a fearless life, with faith in you.

“Again I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them.”

By Gods Grace I joined the Army of Jesus more than three years back and slowly and steadily learnt through the narrow hard way how to build my house on the rock (i.e.)the Word Jesus

God is the beginning and the end. When I meditate on the above scripture, it clearly shows that God knew very well that not even two would be there in agreement or standing there for Him.

Another scripture which speaks to me always every time I read is Psalm 91:4

‘“He shall cover you with His feathers, And under His wings you shall take refuge; His truth shall be your shield and buckler.” So God made me claim and pray for His Word (i.e. )THE TRUTH.

Lets look at one classic example.

When we were given the FRP Level 2 studies in AOJ,  it drew my attention to

Job 1 : 7- 10

“And the Lord said to Satan, “From where do you come?” So Satan answered the Lord and said, “From going to and from on the earth, and from walking back and forth on it.” Then the Lord said to Satan, “Have you considered My servant Job, that there is none like him on the earth, a blameless and upright man, one who fears God and shuns evil?”

“Have You not made a hedge around him, around his household, and around all that he has on every side? You have blessed the work of his hands, and his possessions have increased in the land.”

I simply shudder to think of the reason which made God allow punishment fall on Job despite taking so much pride in him. His wife and even his friends mocked him. He lost everything even his health and was deserted by everyone. It must have been Jobs self righteousness. But God is so merciful that in Job 42:10 we see that

“And the Lord restored Job’s losses when he prayed for his friends. Indeed the Lord gave Job twice as much as he had before.”

So lets all be alert in the spiritual realm as God warns in 1 Peter 5:8

“Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.”

How the Holy Spirit guides and teaches is simply amazing and lets all take direct manna from the Lord ( John 14:26; 1 John 2:27; John 6:45 and finally Gods abundant Grace given to His chosen disciples in Luke 24:45 when He opened their minds to comprehend  the scriptures).

Everything is HIM only. And we are here on the planet Earth on Gods business. We only step out of this hedge of fire protection Zechariah 2:5 by our propensity to disobey Gods commandments ( John 14:15,21 & 23; Deuteronomy 28:1; Joshua 1:7-8).

1 Peter 3:12 is , therefore, so comforting

“For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, And His ears are open to their prayers ; But the face of the Lord is against those who do evil.”

Prayer

May the Lord lead each Sol and guide us in this journey of faith and not allow one bit to grieve the Holy Spirit in Jesus name I pray. Amen.

Praise Glory and Honour only to Jesus our Rock and refuge. Amen.

“FOR HIS NAME SAKE “

 he refreshes my soul.
He guides me along the right paths
    for his name’s sake. Psalms 23:3

Psalm 23 is a well known psalm which everyone knows thoroughly. Yes I was also thinking Iike that till the time I  was caught by the 3rd  verse ‘He guides me in paths of righteousness  for HIS  NAME’S SAKE. These  last 3 verses  speak so much about the Lord.

                   My failure is His failure and is bad for God. So, He won’t let me fail , but, gives me the guarantee of success- not for my prayers or my name’s sake, but for His name’s sake, because His reputation is at stake. He has to make sure that I succeed in everything I do. 

              He has put His image on me and my life, my  attitude,  my success, my vision, my dream-everything protects the name of my God as the product protects the name of the company. A company can destroy its name by the failure of its product. 

              When David was distressed as his friends deserted him, he turns to the Lord and says ‘….  for the sake of ‘YOUR NAME’  lead me and guide me ‘ (Ps. 31:3).Again in Ps.109:21 ‘ O  Sovereign Lord,  deal well with me for  ‘ YOUR NAME’SAKE ‘ and in many other times also he prays like this – because David knows his Lord. The Lord also in concerned about His name. He tells Moses about Pharaoh that He wants to show him His power and that  ‘MY NAME ‘ might be proclaimed in all the earth.

            Jeremiah also cries out ‘ Although our sins testify against us, O Lord, do something for the sake of   ‘ YOUR NAME ‘.  These servants of God knew that the Lord will do anything for His children because His reputation is at stake if He doesn’t help them and bring them out of trouble in times of crisis. 

            In the families too, the father tells the children ‘don’t spoil my name ‘. When the children do something wrong, whether the father likes or not,  he rectifies it for his own name’s sake. One of our friends,  when his son had  pledged the property documents in the bank without his knowledge , had to redeem it by paying in crores because he did not want his ‘ name to be at stake’.

                  In the same way, even though we have made mistakes, have gone through disappointments, have missed good opportunities, stiff necked, murmur and complain, we are the children of the Most High God who redeems us and crowns us with favour for His name’s sake. 

Prayer:

             Father,  thank you that whatever I am, whatever I do,  you still see me as your child. Help to release All that is in me , the fullness of me for the glory of your name. Amen.

Do not confirm to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind,Then you will be able to test and approve what is God’s will is-his good, pleasing and perfect will.”

Roman 12-1-2

In order to walk in God’s perfect will and to fulfill our purpose on earth is actually to run our race well, to possess all God has for us. We have to be prepared to walk the narrow road, live outside of our comfort zones, refuse to conform to this world’s ways, refuse to just follow the crowd and to be in this world but not of it. We have to go against the grain of culture and be salt and light in this dark world and to be willing to die for ourselves daily. However challenging it this we need to sacrifice and lay down our lives meaning rejecting the world desire for our flesh

Rejecting the world – it might mean unconditionally loving, showing respect to them who are always rejecting, you sharing and standing for your faith even though you are getting ridiculed, resisting the world standards of beauty and perfection but staying true to the way God’s has for you, not joining in gossip, submitting to Leadership, giving up dream, passion, or career and spending time with God in worship following God’s commandments fasting etc.

Every second we need to remind ourselves, we are actually heavenly citizens who are only on this earth to prepare for eternity and our purpose is far bigger than just living life the way everyone else is in this temporary world, although devil does that and try to steal our divine purpose by distracting us, and keeping us so involved in this earthly realm and what’s going in our family drama, all our emotions, unforgiveness, financial troubles, being offended etc, devil tricks keep us entangled.

Do not love the world or anything in the world ,if anyone loves the world, the love of Father is not in him . For everything  in the world- the cravings of sinful man, the lust of his eyes and the boasting of what he has and does- comes not from Father but from the world. The world and it’s desires pass away, but the man who does the will of  God lives forever. These verses clearly shows us love of the world squeezes out love  for the Father.

1John2:15-17

Practically everything that goes on in the world -wanting everything for yourself, wanting to appear important has nothing to do with the Father. It just isolates you from him. The world and all its wanting, wanting, wanting is on the way out- but whoever does what God wants is set for eternity. When we live and love this world, we live wanting to please ourselves and to please others, but when we focus on God we live to please God. If we are truly concerned with pleasing God we have to hate our lives in this world. That is meaning we have to willing to die for this world.

That is what we read in John 12;25-26

“The man who loves his life will lose it, while the man who hates his life in this world will keep it for eternal life , whoever serves me must follow me, and where i am my servant will be , My Father will honor the one who serves me.

IMAGINE BIBLE IS LIFE, CALLING,PURPOSE,PRESENCE

WHEN WE ARE ENTANGLED IN THIS WORLD WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO SEE THE THINGS HOLDING US  HOSTAGE AND KEEPING US AWAY FROM LIFE IN ABUNDANCE.

Prayer

Heavenly Father break off our all entanglement, attachment, fear, comfort zones, approval of man, fear of condemnation, but fill us with your fresh love, a fresh hunger for a life that is worthy of the calling, a fresh grace to live as a soldier on mission.

But indeed, O man, who are you to reply against God? Will the thing formed say to him who formed it, “Why have you made me like this? Does not the potter have power over the clay, from the same lump to make one vessel for honor and another for dishonor?

Romans 9:20

Did you know that according to CBC.ca the most expensive porcelain in the World, Qing Dynasty Porcelain is worth $84 Million? What’s porcelain? After all it’s clay. The process of pottery is tedious and lengthy, it requires skill and the various stages are planning, the clay is kneaded, pulled, pushed , is put on the potter’s wheel, moistened, spun on the wheel, glazing, and firing in very high temperature before a product is ready for sale. It takes thousands of hours before a potter could master this skill, he works with his sensitive, artistic fingers. He has a plan as to what he wants to create. The price of the finished product will depend whether it carries the seal of Noritake or Bernardaud, etc.

God is asking in the above verse can’t He do what He wants like the potter? Gen 2:7 says the Lord God took dust of the ground in His hand and formed man, breathed into his nostrils the breath of life. The God of the universe, the Great potter Himself formed man with His own hand. He had a definite plan when He formed us, (Jer 29:11) to prosper us. As a potter shapes a pot according to the plan he has in his mind, he may punch, roll, pinch, pull and spin on the wheel, the shape that he has in mind.

His efficient hands shape it until he gets the desired effect. So also, the Great potter puts us on the potter’s wheel to shape us through various situations and circumstances so that we take the shape, He has in mind. We often complain, crib and cry when we are in such situations, we may not be pliable which makes it difficult for Him to shape us. This eternal God who spoke this world with His one word did not just dump us there but, He cares enough to look into the details of our life and shape us accordingly.

The pot undergoes firing in very high temperature and so do we sometimes, but the fourth one who was with Shadrach, Meshach, Abed-nego is with us too. (Dan 3:25“…the form of the fourth is like theSon of God.”) We have a choice, He didn’t create us as robots, we can choose to surrender ourselves into His hands to shape our lives for His glory and our good or choose to rebel which leads to destruction.

No matter who discards us the Great potter won’t throw us away, he can still build from our ruins, only He can!! (Amos 9:11-13) And when He seals us with His brand name, then we become priceless. (Eze 9:4-6, 2 Cor 1:22). So, won’t you trust Him and let Him shape you while you pass through the waters and the fire? He knows what He is doing, He is in absolute control.

Prayer

Loving heavenly Father, we trust you in our situations, help us to be pliable in Your mighty Hands to be shaped according to Your will for Your glory,

in Jesus name!

Genesis:2:18

The Lord God said, “It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper suitable for him.

God created the first family and gives the same promise for all that He gives us a suitable helper (Wife/Husband) for all His children. Yet we see people struggling or go wrong in choosing their life partner which is one of the life’s most important decision. I struggled on the same a few months back but God guided me to find my life partner according to His will.

The first thing people go wrong is from the things of the society which is Caste, religion and Social status. We attend many marriages; we see and hear things of the marriages of this age and all of it builds up a stronghold in our heart. We search according to our own expectations asking God to act according to our will in prayers rather than submitting to His perfect will.

A good relative of mine helped me to lose all my expectations and to submit to God’s will. When I sat in prayer to submit to submit to God’s will Holy spirit guided me how to pray. Jesus saved me and made me His child at the age of 29 just the age I was seeking a Bride for marriage. The prayer I did was simple, “ Lord I never asked what you want me to study or what job you want me to take and everything I asked according to my will. But Lord let your will be fulfilled in my marriage not mine”. Take away things in my heart and guide me according to your will. It took me days to submit to God’s will and Holy Spirit wiped away all in my heart leading me into His perfect will.

The second most people go wrong is conflicting with their parents on choosing their life partner. The view of the world now is “you know what you want not your parents”. It is portrayed in all forms in this society. When The Lord touched me and saved me I started growing in The Lord and was very fierce in my spirit. I was confident that The Holy Spirit would only speak to me rather than my parents who had just received their salvation from The Lord. So when we see brides I make my own decisions and later try to convince my parents that I am correct. One time I convinced my parents to take a long trip to go visit a bride claiming she would be the right match but when reached there we where is big shock and the meet didn’t go the way we expected. After we left the place there was a big quarrel with me and my parents because of the wrong decision I took. When I was heart broken The Holy spirit gave me this verse Exodus 20:12 Honor your father and your mother and said if you are not going to obey your parents I am not going to guide you.  The Holy Spirit said I will bring a bride only through your parents and not through me. I asked for forgives for the mistake I did and submitted to His will. God guided me to the perfect match. Lot of people argue and go against their parents in choosing their life partner. We should know that if it is from The Lord, He will make things happen. But if we are not going to listen to the word of God and not consult with our parents there is a chance we will deviate from God’s will and end up in a life of misery with the wrong choice. We cannot ask God to help and guide us when we don’t listen to His word and argue with our parents rather than to Honor and to obey our parents . Let us lose our expectations and to submit to God’s perfect will honoring and obeying our parents. The Lord says

“I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go;
    I will counsel you with my loving eye on you” Psalms 32:8

Prayer:

Our Heavenly father give us the grace to lose our expectations and to submit to your perfect will in finding our life partner for our marriages.

Delight Yourself In The Lord, And He Will Give You The Desires Of Your Heart.

Psalm 37:4

This verse has raised a powerful question in my heart & mind. I asked myself :- Are you really enjoying your relationship with the Lord? I started testing myself. I realized that the answer is NO.

Yes I am doing almost everything that as a Christian I must do. However now I understand that we need to Delight in our relationship with the Lord. Now the question is what is this Delight means?

It means:- You satisfy your relationship when you give them something they expect. You delight them when you give them something they didn’t expect

Delight is above satisfaction level.

• Jesus says Follow me & we do that. HE says obey me & we do that. Point is our attitude towards HIS voice.

• To be delighted is our part. We need to respect our relationship with The Lord. Most of us are angry with God. Without Grace it is impossible to delight in the Lord.

• Don’t irritate God after your prayers. Enjoy with Him. Yes many times we behave in a crazy way.

Delighting in God requires me to get to know Him well, too. I need to know God’s likes and dislikes, His preferences, His habits, His character, His nature. If someone asked me, “Tell me about your father,” I could rattle off a description of my wonderful early dad without missing a beat. The same needs to be true if someone asks, “Tell me about the Father.” In-depth knowledge of God is the fountain into which all rivers of delight in Him flow.

If we are delighting in God, we will be interested in Him and in what interests Him.

Inclining ourselves toward God means

turning our minds toward Him: “Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things” (Colossians 3:2).

Thinking about God (things above) often requires us to intentionally NOT think about something else (earthly things). It’s not that God doesn’t care about our earthly activities and concerns and interests; it’s just that we are to be first and foremost heaven-minded.

We cannot possibly delight in God if our relationship with Him isn’t a priority. And it’s not enough to say it is; we have to show it by how we choose to spend our time and energy, and even our money.

“Delight yourself in the LORD; And He will give you the desires of your heart” is a two-party, two-way equation. “Delight yourself…”: this is our job, our part, our responsibility. “And He will give you…”: this is God’s role, His end of the bargain.

When we delight in God—when we bend toward God—He bends our hearts so that He Himself is what we desire. I believe when God says He will give us the desires of our heart, He means first that He will put the desires themselves in our hearts. And then, because He also bends toward us—“He reached down from on high and took hold of me; he drew me out of deep waters…He brought me out into a spacious place; he rescued me because he delighted in me” (Psalm 18:16, 19)—our inclining hearts reach toward Him and find what they long for most.

If you find that the Word of God, Jesus’ words, are hard to hear, then you are starting to head down the right road. You are starting to let His Word “Do Battle,” so to speak, with the many other lures and enticements that ultimately only leave us dry and empty. This is the first step to being able to delight in the Lord and His words.

The good news is that if you can allow His Word to cut through the many unhealthy attachments you have in life, you will begin to discover that you greatly love His Word and delight in His presence in your life. You will begin to discover that the pleasure and delight you experience from His presence in your life far outweighs any other passing attachment or pleasure you may have. Even sin can produce a false sense of satisfaction.

In that case, the satisfaction is more like a drug that soon wears off. The delight of the Lord is something that continually draws you higher and fulfills you more deeply every day.
Spend time, today, pondering whether or not you truly do allow yourself to be filled with delight in the Lord’s presence and His words. Try to taste their sweetness. Try to let yourself be drawn inin.

PRAYER:-
Lord, I desire to delight in You. Help me to turn away from the many attractions and enticements of this world. Help me to seek You and Your Word always. In the discovery of Your Word, fill my soul with the greatest delight. Jesus, I trust in You.

Jesus had sent his disciples away in a boat, post the 5 loaves and 2 fish miracle. The boat was in the middle of the sea, it was being hurled by huge waves as the wind was boisterous. Somewhere between 3 am and 6 am Jesus walks towards them, the disciples are petrified for they thought it was an apparition. But Jesus says, relax, it’s Me. Out of the 12 disciples, Peter did something radical and bold, he said, “okay if it’s you then command me to come to You on the water”. We know that Peter is the only disciple who got out of his comfort zone and to walk on water, this ended up being recorded in the bible

Let’s go to Isaiah 1:18 Come now, and let us reason together,”Says the Lord, “Though your sins are like scarlet, They shall be as white as snow; Though they are red like crimson, They shall be as wool.

Here is a Great invitation from a Great God who says to Israel, that He will explain why Israel is afflicted and then says,” I will make you as white as snow “Usually, people want to avoid sinners but here our God says “I will wipe away your sins”, which only Jesus can, thanks to His willingness to die on the cross for our sins.

The Roman government had a place of banishment for criminals called Patmos, a rocky, barren, desolate island. Apostle John was banished to Patmos by the Emperor Domitian in AD 95 for preaching the gospel, assuming this would be his end. But this was the story of a man who made lemonade when life gave him lemons. Jesus showed up. Rev 4:1 After this I looked, and there before me was a door standing open in heaven. And the voice I had first heard speaking to me like a trumpet said, “Come up here, and I will show you what must take place after this.” John the Apostle was transported in the Spirit and gets to peak into heaven, he sees the grandeur of the throne and the “One who sat on it”, he sees live worship, the twenty- four elders and the four living creatures. Thanks to him we have the book of Revelation.

The bible shows us, each time God calls anyone, He has something unparalleled, phenomenal awaiting him. On 1st Sept 2001, Jesus said to me “Come…” and the trajectory of my life changed. Is He calling you today? He is not like man to call, make fake promises and forget it. If you heed to His call then rest assured that you are about to see some jaw dropping, stunning display of the power of God in your life.

Loving heavenly Father, may we heed Your voice and step out radically to Your call for You have something great in store for us, this we pray in Jesus mighty name.
