“And let us not be weary in well doing; for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not”.
Galatians 6:9

The verse reminds me of the life of athelets.Their sole aim is to win the game. They dedicate their sleep, diet ,exercise all for that and apply all their energy to win the race. Our life is a race as Paul says in
“I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith”.
–2 Timothy4:7
Paul,s letter to Timothy was a great encouragement to Timothy and to us as well, to fight the good fight of faith,to run the race thar is set before us, and to honour the Lord in all we say and do, by keeping the faith and enduring to the end.Christian life is a spiritual battle and continuous struggle against evil. Paul had learned that living a spirit life and maturing in Christian faith, didn’t depend on his own ability, wisdom, intelligence or efforts but on the power of the indwelling spirit of Christ, working in Him and living through Him.
“I am crucified with Christ, nevertheless I live, yet not I,but Christ liveth in me…..”
–Galatians 2:20
Do not be weary in well doing because in due time or season we shall reap. It will bear fruit in the time appointed by Lord. We should not get discouraged feeling that nothing is happening
Luke18:1“men ought always to pray, and not to faint”. We should be patient like a farmer and not feel exhausted our work for Lord is never in vain.2corinthians15:58.
Worldly people worked hard for gaining money .our aim is to get a judgement from God as “good and faithful servant”.Mathew25:21
Different crops have different seasons for ripening and to reap. Similarly our fruits may be waiting for the apt time to be manifest. We should keep doing all good things and win the soul’s for Christ. We should not despair but know that the Lord is with us and is always intercession for us Romans8:34.
Unless a person perseveres in doing good to the end of life,he can hope for no reward.
1 Corinthians 15:58.”…..be ye steadfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord…….your labour is not in vain in the Lord”.
Those who become disheartened, withdraws from the field of God’s work, shows that he has no true heart for God’s work.A true Christian never withdraw. He becomes pledged to do good and to serve God always
2 Thessalonians 3:13″But ye ,brethren,be not weary in well doing”.
Heavenly Father give us the grace to do your work diligently and faithfully. Help us to win the souls for you. I pray that I may not lose heart or grow weary.
Amen
